Installation
Our experienced team builds with care, provides routine check-ins during the project, and respects your home, property, and neighborhood—not simply the jobsite.

We walk the finished project with you, explain establishment and care, and resolve the final closeout details together.

After project approval, we send an email summarizing the next steps, anticipated timing, and any decisions or preparation needed before work begins.
Pre-install check-in + site walk
Whenever possible, we meet at the property about a week before installation to confirm access, logistics, and final details before the crew arrives.
Mid-project check-in
Around the midpoint, we check in and walk the project together to review progress, discuss what comes next, and address questions.
Near-completion walkthrough + punch list
As the work nears completion, we walk the site with you and create a clear list of the remaining details.
Final walkthrough
We review the completed project together, discuss establishment and care, and make sure the work has been handed off clearly.
